I found this Fork-it chef's fork and it works really well. It has widely spaced prongs and since I cook a lot is really useful for lifting the roast or boiled meats from the pan or stockpot to my kitchen bench. The handle is the same as the best chef's knives and matches nicely my knives but most importantly is really comfortable to hold. The prongs are sharp, and this gives me great control over the roast and makes slicing a breeze. It works fabulously well with big pieces of meat or say a turkey and I am going to get another of these as a Christmas gift. It comes in a nice box and can be easily wrapped.
